Q: What are the nearest airports to the hotel? A: The nearest two airports are Malaga (80km) and Gibraltar (52km)

Q: Does the Hotel offer a transfer service? A: Yes with prior arrangement and additional cost transfer can be arranged.

Q: How far is Estepona Old Town? A: the Plaza de Las Flores the centre of the old town is 5km from the hotel

Q: How far is Puerto Banus? A: The world renowned port is just 14km away.

Q: Can I bring my pet to the Hotel? A: We have one room that is dog friendly, as long as they are house trained and won't be left in the room alone, they are more than welcome

Q: Does the Hotel have a smoking policy? A: We have strict no smoking policy in the rooms, but we have areas on the property where it is ok to smoke.

Q: Does the hotel cater for guests under the age of 18? A: Sadly due to the safety legislation relating to pools, we are unable to accept any guests under the age of 18, including infants under 2.

Q: Is the hotel mobility accessible? A: Due to the age, design and location of the property we have a lot of stairs and no suitable wheel access and it would be difficult for those who find it difficult to get a round less relaxing to stay with us.

Q: Is there on site parking? A: We have free secure onsite parking and will provide access to the electronic gates to all guests arriving with a car.

Q: Does the property have a pool? A: Yes we have a large pool (10M x 5M x 2M) it has no shallow end and ladders to get in and out of the pool. We have sun beds for all the guests (no need to be up early) and beach towels are provided each day.

Q: What time is check in? A: We have check in from 15.00-17.00, check in is available outside of these times by prior arrangement and at an extra charge.

Q: Is it possible to have a late check out? A: Normal check out is 11.00, but late check out until 13.00 is available at an extra cost and by prior arrangement

Q: Does the Hotel offer free cancellation? A: We take a 20% deposit with booking, which is fully refundable unto 30 days prior to check in date, when the full balance is then due. as we are a small family property, cancellations inside of this 30 day.period are non-refundable.

Q: How many rooms does the Hotel have? A: We currently have 3 rooms for letting with 1 more being refurbished and further 2 planned for 2025.

Q: Does the price of a room include breakfast? A: A La Carte breakfast is included in the price and is served daily from 9.00-10.00 in the morning in our dining room.

Q: Does the property have Wi-Fi? A: The whole property has hi speed complimentory WiFi

Q: Do the guest rooms have air-conditioning? A: Each room has its won new air conditioning unit which can be set to cool or warm the room.

Q: Are all of the rooms en-suite? A: We have recently renovated the hotel and each room has a full ensuite walk in shower.

Q: Are there drink making facilities in the rooms? A: Each room comes with an espresso coffee maker and complimentary bottled water.

Q: Do the guest rooms have TVs? A: We have one room fitted with a flat screen smart TV (El Galli) our living room however has a large ULED smart TV that our guests are welcome to use, along with a gamers console.

Q: Does the hotel offer lunch and evening meals? A: Sometimes we make our special menu Del Dia, and fire up the Argentina barbecue or Wood fired pizza oven at an additional costs depending on the menu. Guest are welcome to eat in the dining area food that they have delivered, but no eating is allowed in the rooms

Q: Does the hotel have a bar? A: We have 2 honour bars, one by the pool area and one in the house, it is always stocked with soft drinks, beer, wine and some popular spirits with mixers, a small selection of snacks are also available

Q: Are Stag and Hen parties catered for? A: We are a small tranquil hotel and prefer not to accept stag or hen parties, other group bookings are accepted by prior arrangement.
